In this month’s issue of AdAge, Chicago-based media supervisor Jenn Renoe talks about her experience working in healthcare marketing as a transgender woman and person with rapid-cycling bipolar disorder. Jenn’s story is beautiful and inspirational, and we’re proud to have her on our team.

Companies and employees alike benefit when everyone feels empowered to discuss issues like gender identity and mental health openly in the workplace, which is why we’re dedicated to providing a space that’s safe and accepting for all of our employees.

  1. I know a person, very close to me that had the same problem. It is very hard, cos people dont talk about mental illnesses. Those problems are not visible, so very often they are not taken seriously, its insane.
